In June 1996, he received the Academy of General Dentistry Prestigious Award, which is a step before his Master in General Dentistry. Specifically, to earn the fellowship award, a dentist must complete more than 500 hours of continuing education courses within ten years and pass a rigorous fellowship exam. Furthermore, in March 1998, he finished a full year of surgical training in Implant Placement at the University of Miami.

In addition, he is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Small Business Chamber of Commerce. Moreover, he is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Florida Dental Association, the Central Florida Dental Association, the Greater Orlando Dental Society, the Federation Dentaire International, the International Congress of Implantologists, and he also volunteers with the Homeless Coalition.

Dr. Junca has also given International Lectures in Central and South America in the area of Practice Management. Furthermore starting 2005, Dr. Junca opened his second practice in Orlando, Florida, with eight operatories and two full-time dentists. Subsequently in 2006, Dr. Junca opened his third practice in Lake Wales, Florida, with seven operatories and seven staff members. In addition Dr. Junca also opened a Dental Mission the same year. Specifically the Mission of Our Lady of Guadalupe is serving the neediest population in Polk County, Florida.

Moreover  in 2007, he completed an Esthetic Course at the Las Vegas Institute. Then in May 2008, he completed his book “Atrevete A Hacer Marketing” or “Dare To Do Marketing,” a guide to help dentists promote their practice. As a result in 2009, he was awarded Mastership from the American Dental Implant Association (MAGD). Furthermore  in July 2009, Dr. Juncá received his Master of Academy in General Dentistry.

In addition he attended Implant Seminars with Dr. Arun Gard in Miami, Florida, completing 600 hours of training in June 2010.

Later in 2011, Dr. Juncá received a diplomat from the American Dental Implants Association, which was awarded to him in Las Vegas. Consequently in 2012, Dr. Juncá became a fellow of the ICOI.  Finally he completed training with Implant Educators — Dr. Rick Ferguson in St. Petersburg, Florida, which lasted eight months and concluded in September 2012.”

Dr. Juncá and his wife, Evelyn, have two beautiful daughter.
